problems getting pictures of employees on 7960/40 phones

I am trying to write a simple program for the IP phones that will display employee details including pictures. The problem is that when I convert the pictures to cip and then view them from the phone I cannot make them out at all. I have seen a demo from Cisco where they have a picture of John Chambers which looks fine, does somebody know how to do it?

Hi,

The Pictures musst be smaller as 133x64 pixels. Make it smaller before converting to cip.

Hi, I did this. I used PSP to resize the image to 133x64 then i also decreased the amount of colours used to the 4 colours the phones support. It looked bad. Even if I left the image the original size and then decreased the colours it looked bad. I cant think of anyway round it but to draw the images by hand from scratch. Have you been succesful with this at all?
