Hi.
We have CUCM 14. When my Cisco Jabber mobile is open on Foreground it works well and ring very well. but when we are in another program, after two rings, call process is ended. What's the problem?
Can you help me?

Have you configured Push Notifications? And ideally SIP OAuth (builds on top of OAuth) so the app can reconnect much faster when opened?
