Qos for IP Telephony

I have a network of backbone switches (Cat-6513), distribution switches (Cat-4507), and

edge switches( Cat-3524, and Cat-3550)

The network is used for Data and IP Telephont ( CallManager, Unity, Voice gateway, and IP phones)

What is the recommended Quality of Service that I should apply on my LAN switches ?

First step is to design your LAN into Voice and Data VLAN's this alone will help a lot. Then you will need to spend more time on the WAN and MAN side of your QOS. LLQ,WRED, ect. My reccommendation because QOS is very site specific is use Auto QOS because it perform Cisco best practices on QOS. See the following link.
