Question about multiple codec on Answer on Early Offer

Hi guys, I have a quesiton about RFC 3264 and implementation on CUCM.

The SIP negotiation call seems to be correct, the call come from ITSP to CUCM and send to IVR, it seems to work. But when the call is redirected to a phone they don't have audio from ITSP to our CUCM. 

I checked the trace and see that the on RE-Invites, specifically the cseq:105 (from CUCM side). the offer sent only one codec (g729) but the answer on OK SDP, are multiples codecs. 

I checked the RF3264, and it seems to be correct send multiples codecs (because the other side have this capacity, but I don't know if:

- These multiples codec should be on the offer message.

- After these answer, I should see other message with sendrecv with codec of CUCM to starts to transmit to them.

Sounds like you may have a region problem between SIP trunk and phone region, I would check to make sure it is not restricting calls to g729.
