The CSA agent is installed on my callmanager publisher, currently the CSA is disable.
I want to enable it and I would like to the impact.

I would say there shouldn't be any impact as long as you donloaded the agent from CCO voice downloads.
I have it on my publisher and I haven't had a problem.
