tony,
a decimal value of 16 is disconnect cause "normal call clearing".
can you post your config? your problem can be a codec issue, because you have a match of dial-peer tag "0".
greetings
mehmet

Hi Mehmet
The calling number is (563)39007 and should come from dial-peer 5632 as below:
dial-peer voice 5632 voip
destination-pattern 563[1-3]....
session target ipv4:10.192.63.11
dtmf-relay h245-signal
codec g711ulaw
fax protocol t38 ls-redundancy 0 hs-redundancy 0 fallback cisco
ip qos dscp cs5 media
--
Don't know why it matches dial-peer 0 instead of dial-peer 5632.
A silly and simple question,should I config "incoming called-number ....."under dial-peer 5632?
how?

Hi Mehmet
Still want to consult you.Should the default dial-peer look like below?
dial-peer voice 1 voip
incoming called-number .
dtmf-relay h245-signal
codec g711ulaw
fax protocol t38 ls-redundancy 0 hs-redundancy 0 fallback cisco
ip qos dscp cs5 media
or simply use the following command?
dial-peer voice 1 voip
incoming called-number .
Thank you so much for your help.Appreciated.
Tony
