Hi,
Has anyone any experience of this ? Is it possible with a CallManager or ITS deployment ? We currently have this functionality from our Meridian, but are looking to relocate the people who use this function off-site and would like to us IP as we have a small-scale IPT infrastructure in place already.
Any information would be appreciated.
Thanks.

CallManager Express (Formally ITS) does not support no hold conferencing today. As I understand it, no hold allows a conference call to be created without putting the first party on hold.
This feature has not been requested before, so we are not currently looking at adding this feature.

Hi,
I am not sure how the "No Hold Conferencing" works with Meridian. Callmanager has two types of conferences native to the CallManager software.
Ad Hoc which is where a user puts a call on hold to conference in another user.
MeetMe which is where the conference initiator dials a pre-defined MeetMe conference number to start the conference. Then the remainder of the participants dial this number directly to join the conference.

Your understanding of no-hold is correct. Not sure if this is the correct forum for requesting a feature, but consider it requested.
Thanks,
Mark.
