Reboot IP Phone7940 with extension mobility - CCM 3.3.4

I'm using Cisco IP Telephony 7940 and all the times I do a logoff and logon the phone boots up and try to get an IP address instead of just blinking.

Could someone help me?

It's probably your user locale settings.

Make sure that the logged out phone and the user device profile that you are logging in with, both have the same user locale and network locale. Also make sure that any locales you have installed are on ALL servers not just the publisher.
