Looking for some help with this issue
Cisco 7940 will turn on and display configuring IP, Configuring CM list, then goes to "Compression Type Error". Debug report 0x810D, 0x0, 0x12300800 This code repeats itself on the report each time the Compression Type Error occurs on the phone display. The phone has been cleared and reset to factory defaults with no change in the error. Other phones function properly in the office.

firmware version P00303020700 on 7940 phone
Any insight would be appreciated.
