record and convert Speech to Text

I am looking for a solution that record a meeting ( voice only ) and convert the recorded file to text 

Any recommendation ?

I don't know of any solution that would do both, you probably want to look into just getting the audio and using a TTS program that accepts a file as input.

Do you have any products recommendation for the audio and TTS ?

You'd need to look into recording products like Verint in first place to record the meeting, I have not worked with any program to get audio to text, there are several options in the market, but you'd need to look into them for this, and if they only accept live audio, or a recording.
