Hello everyone. I have a Call Manager 8.6 I want to record the calls so I have been checking that I should send it to a recording server. Which I have been investigating but when creating a recording profile, there is no option to add a new profile.
And it is a fundamental part to do it, could you tell me what my options are.
Can't recall if that version had recording profiles and the such, but I believe it didn't, so you would need to find a solution which works with that release and might be span recording based, your version is EOL/EOS for quite some time, so you'd need to discuss with any vendor of recording solutions if they would be compatible and how to configure it
