In my CallManeger Express 3.2 only my phone 7905G is registrating OK! All other phones 7940 or 7912 are geting a valid IP (I can see it by checking the phone menu and I can ping them from the router), but they stop with the message "Configuring IP" and they do not go on.
Can you help me.

IP-Phone: Go to Setting->Status > Network Status see what status message do you get?
Is the port of your switch configured for the proper Voice VLAN?
are u using DHCP? delete the DHCP release and retry
Delete the user profile/Phone Device and recreate them.
you can also sniff your IP-Phone with ethereal and show what it is missing.

Thank I have solved the problem.
It was missing option 150 pointing to the router.
