Remove Subscriber Properties / Global Subscriber Manager Unity 4.0(1)

I am rebuilding a Unity 4.0(1) server after an AD Forest was replaced, and need to be able to remove subscriber properties from the previous 4.0(1) installation.

I have GSM installed, but of course, since Unity isn't actually installed, I can't connect to remove the properties. The RSP tool is "retired" for 4.0(1) so what do I use to kill the "bunnies" now so that I can re-import them?
