Reporting In Media Sense

Dear Friends,

I would like to know what  type of reporting available in media sense. is there a default feature available in media sense??

1-With the help of report can i generate & check how many calls being drops from recording?

2-How many minutes, hours an agent speaks on phones?

3- highlight if any other custom reports available?

Media Sense unfortunately does not provide any such reporting facility out of the box that you are looking for. You will need to reach out to third party vendors and check with them, worth checking with below two companies:
