Reset MOH for all users

Is there a feature, script, or other way to reset everyone's Music On Hold. We need to be able to change the MOH on everyone's phone, as well as the directory numbers.

Any help is appreciated.

Use the Batch Administration Tool (BAT) to reset everybody's Network and User hold music sources.

If you don't already have BAT, install it on your publisher CallManager from the Plugins menu in CCMAdmin. Launch it from the Application menu in CCMadmin. Go to the Configure menu -> Phones -> Update Lines. Here you can construct a query that matches your phones, and then update their MOH sources to whatever you like.

A suggestion for the future: it is considered best practice to set the lines to no MOH source at all, so that you can inherit it from the Device Pool. This allows you to change it from one point in the future.
