Rings option

At some of my sites, the rings option in user preferences says, “Ring List Unavailable” Any help?

verify the ringlist.xml file is on the TFTP server

you do not mention your version so i'm posting for 6.x (please always do so)

if not your version, look ringlist.xml on cco for the doc from your version
