At some of my sites, the rings option in user preferences says, “Ring List Unavailable” Any help?
Where can I find log files for the phones unregistering to determine root cause?
Does anybody know what the config must be for a Mobile Agent to work in ICM, logging into CAD? I setup the CTI port in CM and still get an extension not configured error meesage from CAD.
Express premium 4.0(5)Build 042. I cannot monitor certain agents. No audible, same NIC's, same PC's, I updated NIC driver, reprogrammed agent in CM. Any ideas welcome,,please help?
I am looking for a work around to be able to go from Not Ready to Ready and not accept calls and back to Not Ready, So I can use the NR codes to report agent states. Any ideas?
