Get fast busy when I dial:
9 (D-tone) FFF-XXXX
However when:
9 (D-tone) FFF-XXXX works just fine.
The Route Pattern: 9.[2-9]xxxxxx
The only prefix that gets a fast busy when dialed as a local number.
Looked at "Prefix Digits (outgoing calls) set to (XXXX) the proper 1+area code. This configuration works on another PRI we have on the same CCM 3.3.
When I set the Prefix Digits (outgoing calls) to mirror the other site "which is populated" I get a fast busy as soon as I dial 9 (d-tone) 8
Can't understand why the gateway with the "prefix digits" populated (1+area code) works for one and the problem gateway as mentioned above doesn't and plus when you put the "prefix digits" 1+area code in it gives you a fast busy at 9+8 , with a "route pattern of 9.[2-9]XXXXXX ??
Thanks in advance,

Let me say this again:
Get fast busy when I dial:
9 (D-tone) FFF-XXXX
However when:
9 (D-tone)+ 1 + (area code) + FFF-XXXX works just fine.
The 1 + area code added to this number, works ok.

Added the prefix digits did it like above, however you will need to reboot the servers for this to take! Before the reboot the problem turned for the worse and all local calls needed the 1+area code then after the boot everything worked just fine.
Note: Route Pattern changes require reboot!!
