Route Plan Help

I'm stumped on how to accomplish the following.

1) I need if someone calls 1234 for CallManager to route this to the gateway.

2) I need if someone dials 1XXXX (ex. 18693) for CallManager to route this over the same gateway.

My problem is that when I create these routes, the first one works until I create the second one and then it just hangs waiting for the 5th digit (example I dial 1234 after creating the second route plan and it just hangs there waiting for the 5th digit). Any help on this is greatly appreciated.

Josh,

set urgent priority (check) on 1234.

Josh,

1st create a translation of 1234 such that everytime 1234 is dialed it becomes 1234X , basically appending a 5th digit to it. That makes it = 1XXXX and that should take of it. Perhaps there is a simpler way - I haven't built route plans in a while.
