I might be missing something, but I believe the 9130 is still able to be purchased. The 9130 AP model that went End of Sale is the Embedded Wireless Controller option on the 9130. The 9130 still shows orderable through Cisco Commerce.
It shows the Cisco Jabber app listed as "Alerts". There is a button for "Sounds" that was slid to off which I turned on which has seemed to correct the problem in this same screen. Thanks for your help.
You can setup Dynamic Access Policies and configure it for a particular AD Security Group. You would need to map the LDAP memberOf field to the AD Security Group name.Josh
