Router with IOS that can support over 200Mbps?

Smaller sized definitely preferred (such as the Cisco 1841 size). Not sure if there are any that exist. Need it for CCNP labbing but also have it connected to my home router. Currently my 1841 will only hit about 40 Mbps. Any help is greatly appreciated, thank you.

  A candidate is Cisco 4351 which support 200 Mbps. But, it is very new router, so, it may cost more. Probably a cheaper router could be c1111  which support up to 150 Mbps and supports all new features inluded SDWAN.

The 1841 is no longer supported and the replacement was 1941 which is also on the EOL list.
