RTMT Configuration

I am using CM 4.x and have RTMT installed on seperate server to monitor Call Manager. The defualt alarms only seem to work when the server is running and a service fails. RTMT does not alarm if I shut down the CM server, even if for an extended period of time. Does any one know how to configure alarm in RTMT that will trigger alarm when CM server is shut down or reboots. So far I have had no luck.

You need to enable "Heartbeat monitoring" in RTMT preferences. Please go through the following link how to enable it.

This doc is for old RTMT. I am using CM 4.01sr2a.
