RTMT Problem

Using CM 4.1(3)SR1

RTMT was running many times before.

Now the application starts, ask for password and does not connect anymore.

The configured alarms will be generated.

The restarting of the RIS service does not solve the problem

I had a similar issue with RTMT. Restarting IIS on the publisher fixed it in my case.
