Hi there,
I just added a new subscriber into my cluster (3.1.3a sp D) and everything seems ok except for the SDL link error that I am getting.
SDL link to remote application out of service
I am able to call from a phone that is registered on the new subscriber to the PSTN. I am not able to Call from the PSTN to that phone.
I am not able to call other IP phones registered to the two other subscribers.
There is IP connection between all the servers. I am using IP addresses instead of names but I am able to ping between all of the using their name or IP address (using the hosts files).
All subscribers are connected to the publisher on ports 8002 and 8003 (publisher port numbers)
I can see different connection between the servers. Some are connected to others using 8003 and 8002, some ar just using one port 8002 or 8003. Is that normal ?
Thanks in advance

Hope you are referring to the SQL link and not SDL. Yes this kind of problems can occur if the SQL link between the CMs in a cluster gets broken.
This is a very good document to troubleshoot this problem. http://www.cisco.com/warp/public/788/AVVID/recreate_subscribe_database.html.

Nope I am referring to SDL = Signal Distribution Layer.
