I have a situation where I monitor calls using JTAPI, and when the call hits an IOS gateway, I want to match the call leg on the gateway, with the call that I am monitoring in my JTAPI application.
The GUID on a voice gateway and the guid in JTAPI dont seem to have any relationship.
If I could set UUI through JTAPI, then I could possibly extract that in the voice gateway and link the calls up.
But it seems that setApplicationData() is not supported by Cisco.
Any idea on how I can achieve this ?
