Setup failed while installing sub-components Administrative Group with erro

I am installing exchange 2000 server. Whenever I get to Microsoft Exchange Messaging and Collaboration Services this error shows up: "Setup failed while installing sub-components Administrative Group with error 0x80005000". I've tried it install twice with the same error.
