Share button would not show after connecting PC to DX80

As written, even after plugin in my computer to DX80 with both USB and HDMI, my PC screen is displayed on the DX80 but the share button does not show, hence cannot share my screen.

What could be the reason? Is there some settings or conditions that need to be fulfilled to do this?

I successed once but cannot reproduce it anymore.

Which SIP Profile have you used for the DX80? If you have selected 'Standard SIP Profile' then this doesn't included 'Allow Presentation Sharing using BFCP'

Try changing the SIP Profile to: Standard SIP Profile For TelePresence Endpoint which does include that amongst other settings.

I'm an end user, I am not sure if I can and where to set the SIP profile, could you give details?

Nevertheless, as I said, I could share my screen one day but could not do it - with the exact same procedure - the next day so I could guess the SIP profile is probably set the right way.
