What video format are you using? There is a good tool to verify video format called MediaInfo. It is a free download and a very good way to see how the video was formated and is found at http://http://mediainfo.sourceforge.net/en.
When you say your presentation stops, what happens? Is your presenation a playlist of multiple images? If it is a playlist make sure you set a display time for each entry in the playlist. If the playlist has images and video what is not playing? If it is only one image set the play time on that image to 8 hours which resolves issues when there is only one image in a playlist.

I use MP4 format ,and it can not be displayed . playlist to run everytime , the setting will be set on Appspacer or DMP or LCD and how?. Other question if i need to check that DMP can dispaly the video from Appspace , i go to devices and select one of my DMP - player preview or this is not correct. Your help highly apperciated for me. Note: I did not do any setting on DMP except (network configuration) , so if any required setting please tell me.
Thank you

There are multiple MP4 formats. The DMP supports MP4 type 10 (H.264) with a TS wrapper as other MP4 formats are not supported. The length of each item in a playlist is set when you create/modify the playlist so it is done in Appspace. Using the Appspace preview helps in seeing how the images will be displayed but does not guarantee that they will work on the DMP.
Need to configure network, Appspace IP and NTP on DMP. The rest of the defaults are normally what is needed. I assume you are streaming the content to the DMP though you can also place the content on the DMP to be played locally.

Take a look at VLC Media Player. It has the ability to convert video files. The MXE 3500 is the best solution to doing video conversions but this free player is available to do video conversions.

Although I haven't tried it yet, I hear that Handbrake is a very good free transcoder as well.
