Speaker on 7912

Hi, I'm trying to use the speaker on

the 7912g and i can't have a conversation.

I can hear the caller on the other side but the caller can't hear me.

As well, when i get a call i am not able to answer

a call by speaker. there is no button that gives me an option to answer by speaker.

Are there any setting or did i miss somthing.

Not quite sure on the answering question, but the speaker on the 7912G is "one-way" or Monitor-only. You can't transmit, only listen.

If you want a two-way speaker phone, you will need to upgrade to the 7940.
