Speed dialing not show up on the phone

Hi

I want to add the speed dialing on the phone. I tried to add it on CCM server and CCM user web but it's not working. Is there any setting I should configure before adding the speed dialing?

none, exactly what you did?

created a new button template with SP, configured the phone to use it and then configured SP, reset the phone???

please always include CUCM version
