sql service login FAILS!

I've got a customer who tried recovering their SQLSvc password using the procedures given in this document:

However, after that the tftp server and moh autdio translator failed to start.... there was a message saying that there was a service login failure (the SQLSvc account I would imagine).

They performed everything in the document a second time, but same failure.

They are running CM 3.1.2c. Any ideas?

Make sure that all the services that are logging on as the sqlsvc password and the dbl component service are using the password that you have configured in users and groups under manage computer for the sqlsvc user. This password needs to be the same throughout the cluster.
