I am looking for the best practice to have numbers ring to extensions in SRST mode. We are currently using Alias command and I don't like the results.
I have a large number of "ring to numbers" that I would like to go to certain extension and even some of the same extensions.
Also would like to have those numbers ring somewhere else if the number is busy.
If there is a good docuemnt that explains this please direct me to it.
Any advice is greatly appreciated.
