Hi,
While I was booting 7902 ip phone for the first time a power problem occured. Then red and green lights are on steadily and no IVR available.
Can anyone help me to start the ip phone with the factory defaults.

hi pradeepa,
were you using a external pwer brick or inline power? the power outage might have something to do with it. hope the phone is not damaged!
in any case you can try the following-
1. power down the phone
2. plug the cable back in
3. hold down the # key
4. when the lights blink green red and green, leave that key and hit 123456789*0#
5. it will ask u to hit 1 to keep the network config opr 2 to delete it
6. hit 2 and the phone will reset
let me know if this works. im assuming that another ip phone is working on the same ethernet cable with or without inline power.

Hi,
I'm extremely sorry for the delay in replying. I'm afraid that the above mentioned problem is still exist with my ip phone. It has external power and some other ip phones also connected to the network.
