I opened a TAC case and just found out the answer, its not a good one.
Going from the problem details, you require static routes to be created on CCM5.x.Unfortunately, this is currently not supported with CCM5.x.
A bug has been filed for this new enhancement:
CSCse56091
Externally found enhancement defect: Assigned (A) CM 5.0 - not able to add static routes
Symptom:
Right now, callmanager 5.0 is not capable of adding static routes when default gateway that is not able to handle routing protocols is present.
Conditions:
Callmanager 5.x
Workaround:
Set the default gateway to a device that can handle routing protocols
I have attached this SR to the bug. The schedule fix is for CCM6.1, however you can check the status of this bug by going to:

Thank you for the information. As a Work around we are sending the packets to a device, which can deal with the packets.
I wounder way it is not possable to set an static route in CM. In most cases an for security resaon one may to delete the default-gateway and set one ore more static route to a specific destination.
