Hi,
Is there any way to stop the call forwards on all phones(no answer/all/busy) that are going to Unity voice mail when all the voicemail ports are down.
ie: If the Unity servers fails at present any incoming calls to an extension that is forwarded to voice mail fails.
I want the incoming calls not to forward in a Unity fail situation, so the incoming call keeps ringing the phone.
When the Unity server is back online , I want all forwards to mail to automatically to available.
Running CallManager 4.1.2 SR1
