Stutter Tone IAD 2431

We can't get the stutter tone to work through our IAD 2431. We are using Broadsoft as our feature server. It works fine when we use a Cisco ATA188. Our main gateway is a 5350. We are thinking there is a configuration setting on the 2431 that needs to be set. Thanks

You can enable debug MGCP packet together with debug vtsp tone and check for the issue

Use the "show dial-peer voice | i telno" command to check that the port has the three dial-peers,

make sure that the additional dial-peer is there to tell the IAD which port to deliver mwi to.

Do "show sip-ua mwi" and verify that the IP address for the mwi-server is listed under the MWI Server IP address field. If you see MWI server 0.0.0.0 or MWI SERVER MISSING, you need to add that IP. Also, make sure that the number that you want stutter on is listed in this field.

Other things you can check is the preferences in the trunk group with "show trunk group MLHGA" (or whatever your HG is named)
