Subscribe all phones to IP services

How can I subscribe every phones to IP services without the acces WEB by everybody.

Because now we can associate each phone to all IP services but I don't want to force all users to access the WEB and enter the PIN number.

Yo can go to System\Enterprise Paramters. This will load the Enterprise Paramaters Configuration page.

Near the bottom of the page under the Phone URL Paramters seciotn is a space to input a url that will be Enterprise wide. Every phone will be able to access that service.
