CallManager 3.3(3)

The publisher's sql database directory is only a 1.5GB, but the subscriber's sql database directory is about 9GB, and the large file is CCM0302_log.ldf. What can I do to shrink this down?

Hi

The ldfs are your database log files - I expect it's got large as you don't normally back up the subscriber DBs (backing up the db marks parts of the log as backed up so they can be reused)..

See this doc for instructions on how to shrink files from Cisco - it's for the CDR/ART dbs, you should be able to follow it but substitute your CCM0302 db in the instructions:

Reboot the Subscriber - that should help. The file seems to be locked up and not getting refreshed
