I am running CCM3.1.2c and have failover on busy working between all gateways in the same route group, but users get engaged tone when all channels in the first route group are busy. Failover when the circuits in the first route groups are all down works and users are routed out onto alternative suppliers network. I thought failover when all channels busy between routegroups was supported, has anyone any ideas.
