when i connect ip phone to a cisco switch in a certain vlan , the port becomes error disabled. i must configure

voice vlan .ex:switchport voice vlan 2

so why that

Please post the switch port config and which switch is this.

Are you attempting to connect phone with daisy chained PC to this switchport? If that is the case then you need both "switchport access vlan" and "switchport voice vlan".
