SX10 Telepresence registration

Hi,

When i try to register SX10 in CUCM ,I found that device type is not available. Only SX20 is there. I tried with SX20 device profile, but it doesn't work. Current CUCM version is 9.1.1.20000-5.

Please advise

You need to upgrade to 9.1(2) and then apply a DevPack
