Hi Hamid,

the output does not show any PVDM/DSP installed on it.

You need to have that.

Secondly, for the exact model , u can get from the working 2821 router.

regds,

aman

Aman can you help me in installing PVD/DSP????

Hamid, you can refer the link .

http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/routers/access/2800/hardware/installation/guide/hw/10_hw.html#wp1029576

Installing and Removing PVDMs

Cisco 2801 and Cisco 2811 routers hold up to two Cisco packet voice data modules, version 2 (PVDM2) to support enhanced versions of digital signal processors (DSPs). Cisco 2821 and Cisco 2851 routers hold up to three PVDM-IIs. If only one is PVDM installed, it must be located in the PVDM 0 connector

regds,

aman

how can i check the status of PVDM installed???

I have attached the show diag which shows PVDM installed.

You can also refer link .Table 6 shows LED status on Rear of chassis for any PVDM if installed.
