I currently received a Symbol Access Point (Model NumberAP-4111 H-version A) to integrate into our existing AVVID network. When I make a call from the MU to an IP phone, I can hear the receiving end but they cannot hear me.
Please advise if you experienced this before.
PS- Everything on the same VLAN

Do you know if Symbols access point is voice compatible? Can it identify and prioritize voice packets? Is it half or full duplex?

Nice to met you . We also use Symbol AP-2414-1BZL and
FHSS wireless phone to communication each other . We
found it unworkable if setting of G.729 Codec . The Vendor told me that it supported for G.711 & G.729 .
It only workable of G.711 equipment .
Call will be disconnected after pick up .That's means
Codec problem . Maybe useful for you .
Ps.We also build H/W Transcoder .
