Hello,

I am trying to setup a following lab in Toronto, Canada.

We have a setup of Cisco Callmanager Express with 50 IP Phones. Our Current Cisco Voice Gateway has Cisco CallManager Express installed and it is currently acting as a VoIP Gateway for our calling card. PSTN T1 is connected to NM-HDV port.

Current situation a call comes from PSTN to the VoIP gateway, gets to hear a Pre-Paid calling card prompt. If their ANI is listed in our Billing Database, then it just ask for destination number if not then ask for account number.

At the same time, we have few IP phone directly connected to this Gateway as a CallManager Express.

I would like to know if there is anyway I can provide simillar IVR using my existing TCL Script or by any other means?

I want the IP phone user to hear a prompt, if phone number (ANI) is recoginized by the system, it will allow the call if not then ask for PIN#

How can I provide this service?

Faisal

IVR to the caller from PSTN (subscriber) or IVR to the internal IP phones ? Typically TCL is used for creating IVR prompts in Cisco IOS.

A catch with your system, if somebody spoofs the phone number of an actual customer of yours, they can call international calls through your voip syste, because you are using pinless dialing for your customers (Whose ANI is in your database)
