Time based PRI selection

We have a customer that wants to create an automatic mechanism to select a given outgoing PRI on a time/date based rule (due to various tarrif agreements). I can't see any way this can be achieved within Call Manager or on the gateway. Has anyone come across a similar request and achieved a workable solution.

I tried to find out something similar. I am not very sure of it, but could we do this using TIme based access-lists??
