Timer expired ???

Hi every body,

I am writing because I am having trouble with calls that a partner is sending to me and I could not terminate. I have a Cisco AS5300 with one E1 R2-Digital and I had been terminating traffic for a while. I work with different carriers and I never had any trouble, but now a new carrier is sending calls to my gateway an only a few terminate (even though he sends with the correct dial-plan and correct number), and in my RADIUS log dont appear most of the calls that they are sending, not even as failure. In their side they receive a "timer expired" error. Had anybody had an issue similar to this before ??? Is any way I could configure timers like T310 and T303 in my AS5300 ??

Please is very important to me to solve this issue ...

Regards.

I suspect there is some issue with your carrier placing the call. You can verify this by enabling "debug voip ccapi inout" command on your router.
