Hi all,
I have a problem when transfering a call on CCM 4.1.2.
If I am on a call and do transfer+extention+transfer without waiting for tone the call can not be captured by someone in the hunt group.
However, if I do transfer+extention, then I wait for tone and then transfer again it works and the call can be captured.
Any reason/solution?

Are you sure you've got that Bug ID right? That bug ID is about a one-way audio problem with a 7905 behind a NAT gateway.

Hi,
That Bug ID doesnt have much to do with my issue. I also tried changing the CtiRequestTimeout time as it says in the following link with no luck whatsoever:

Any suggestions, please?
