Accounting Software with CCM

Hi All,

Has anyone done any integration of CCM 4.1.3sr2 with CADS a call Accounting software. (Call Accounting and Directory System)available from www.phoneware.com.au

Our customer claims to have been told by phoneware that it can be integrated with CCM. I don't think Cisco has tested it, so can anyone please let me know if someone has done this?

I know that some customers have integrated with CADS.

If the vendor wants to be Cisco certified they must work with Cisco to complete certification testing. You may want to look to another vendor that Cisco has certified to work wing CCM. Click the radio button "Search by Solution" & click search, this will show you all certified 3rd party software:
