I have used the tech tip to setup transferring of callers directly into voice mail. I'm using Unity 3.1.3 and Call Manager 3.2.2c. However, if the user who is transferring the call is not quick about it, the calling party only gets half of the greeting. Is their any way to setup a delay (perhaps in the CTI route point) so that the calling party gets to hear the entire greeting from the user's mail box?

Have you heard back from anyone on this? I am looking for an answer to the same problem with 3.2.2c Sph.
