Trying to Connect Nortel Option 11 Equip.

Hello,

my company currently has a network in the area that has data flowing over it currently. The customer requested that we create a new vlan to send voice traffic over. The equipment that was purchased is Nortel's Option 11. The device has been programmed and the vlan created, however there is no connectivity between the remote sites for the Nortel gear. Anyone with any experience on these? I would appreciate it.

Can you give more details on what you are trying to do? Is it Nortel voice? If so what type of card are they using for VoIP? Is the VoIP voice currently in the same location as the Option 11? If the Option 11 is not supplying the VoIP then the connection should be via a PRI from the Option 11 to a router that either interfaces with the LAN or WAN.
